We don't think you should have to spend hours in the gym and eat like a bodybuilder to reach your goals. So we help all our clients find a balance between these components while still achieving their goals.

Our trainers are committed to your success and we look forward to introducing you to your best self. As a member of Spark Fitness, you'll be working with passionate and committed trainers.
Our 60 minute group fitness class combines a variety of functional movements into a high-intensity training session suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are a blend of resistance training and cardiovascular activity. Every class will challenge participants at their level of capability. We keep you moving forward safely at a level appropriate for you.
Discounts are available for members doing both group fitness and personal training - please contact us for more info. Personal Training Packages do not need to be used within the specified monthly timeframe - this is only a guideline when doing 2 sessions per week, during your consultation we can make a recommendation specific to your goals.

I started going to Spark just before COVID. Both trainers bring something different to the workouts so you are never bored.
As for the results. I am so pleased with how I have progressed. My fitness level is up and I am definitely becoming more lean.
They always have time to discuss what you need to do whether it be eating or the activities you can do to improve. Making those small adjustments makes the most of every workout.
The other members are awesome and because they are “regulars” we all encourage each other to do a little more each time.
I have also done personal training with Bryan

5 months ago, in December 2020, 3 personal training sessions were donated to Nightshift ministries, who provide warm food, clothes and medical services to the homeless, in their silent auction bid. I bid, and won. It was not cheap. Due to covid and Christmas, I didn’t get around to contacting Spark Fitness until this February, 3 months ago, to redeem my sessions. I didn’t get a reply, even though in a follow up email I was told they had responded. I was told a couple of weeks ago nothing was donated and I was mistaken, must be the wrong gym.

This place is always the best part of my day! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The trainers offer support in fitness and nutrition. Group classes are always challenging.
Sheila is extremely knowledgeable and has a quirky sense of humour. The seminars she hosts regarding fitness and nutrition are very informative.
