I had placed an order via phone ( I live in NS ) for my niece and the lady in this shop was so very helpful with what flowers would be available in the colors I wanted and upon arrival to my niece they were just stunning bouquet! I was so impressed with everything and my niece was over the moon in love with my choice and she loved the bouquet for her special birthday!!

Val was very helpful! I called very last minute needing a Christmas gift delivered. She helped me make a decision within my budget and make delivery arrangements. She was also willing to help make arrangements for a friend who was half an hour out of town to pick up at their flower shop instead of me incurring a huge delivery fee. Highly recommend this florist!

I don’t like to complain, especially in these times, but I know how expensive it is to send flowers and when they are delivered Thursday and are wilting by Saturday, it is a bit disappointing. The arrangement… looked lovely when delivered, unfortunately didn’t last long.

I called this morning looking for something specific. I was having difficulty finding anyone open, let alone with the Lilly flowers I was looking for. The nice lady told me over the phone that she could make up an arrangement if I had just a little time, an hour later I picked up my gorgeous arrangement. I've bought flowers probably over a hundred times in my 33 year lifespan, this is the first time I've been offered such amazing service. Well done.

Really unimpressed. We received two arrangements from here on Monday that by yesterday were half dead. That's two days. We've been getting arrangements from Summerhill for years that will last for weeks. These came with old flowers that died right away and the look of the arrangements wasn't great to begin with either. Not worth it in my opinion.
