I called this company inquiring about the cost of a trip from point a to point B. There was a connection issue and our line hung up byAccident it was neither his fault nor my fault as soon as I realized that the connection was gone he called me back and was extremely unprofessional and rude and actually scared me and as I am writing this message I am getting multiple phone calls back because I was so shocked at how rude he was I ignored his phone call and now this person will not stop calling me I am so disappointed in this unprofessional service this man was raising his voice and telling me that

Two times clients of mine used this service for the accessible van. Both times the driver was rude, refused to do a pick up ( one was was used ) . Both times it was for the clients spouses funeral. What is the point of having an accessible van if you don't want to service the people who need it. Horrible service and even worse attitude of the driver

Great taxi driver. But the company really dropped the ball. We went away on vacation and took a cab to the airport. Great ride there. But when we returned from our trip the scheduled cab that was supposed to be waiting for us was still in bradford. We were told to wait for them to drive from bradford to pearson airport. And the return cab was supposed to be $20 more because they had to wait. Needless to say very disappointed and will not use them again.

Not sure who it was driving. It was a day time when i called the service i received was poor. When I called i was told it would be 15 minutes but ended up to be 45 minutes. If i wanted to wait 45 minutes then i would have called a different company. I know now i would never take this company ever again. Every one should be aware
