My dogs had been going to this vet for years. I loved the vet and the staff. One afternoon I noticed my one boy was not able to stand up well and immediately went to call them but they were closing within a few hours. I phoned another vet, which they recommended me to see when my cat was sick once and they weren't able to see her, since they were open much later and got an appointment asap. They saw my dog, prescribed pain meds, and sent us home. My dogs condition did not improve so I called mcloed a few days later and they denied me service because I had taken my dog elsewhere and therefore was
