Our fee structure is transparent, and motivates us to find the best possible tenants at all times. Our monthly property management fees are applied to the gross rents collected at your property, and our placement fee is applied only when signing new tenants to a one year lease. And should a tenant vacate before the end of their lease term for any reason TimBri will find new tenants at no cost to the owner.

Worked with Tim and and the TimBri Property Management team for around three years as a tenant in a unit they managed and we were very comfortable. Tim and staff were reactive as well as professional and worked to ensure that we were fully pleased and comfortable in downtown apartment throughout our tenancy. Do not use this property manager ever and if you do be sure to read all reewies on this company and search the name on you tube. A few tenants at different locations posted videos of Tims threating ways. All this man does to tenants is harass, belittle and disrespect them because he doesnt know how to do his job. If you care about people you wont use this company.

I've been a tenant of TimBri for a little less than a year. Since day one the process was simple and straight forward. They showed us a bunch of places around town until one fit our budget and needs. After moving in, they've continued to be attentive and timely with little fixes around the apartment. To put it simply, I don't plan on moving out anywhere in the near future. 5 stars!

I lived at their building at 236 Gordon for 4 years and never had any issues with this company whatsoever! Awesome team of professional folks, attentive and prompt when using the correct means for tenant service or maintenance. Tim and his team are extremely passionate about their job and great for potential tenants looking for a safe place to rent from. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I am very impressed with the service received from TimBri so far. Brett has been excellent and very helpful throughout the apartment finding process.
I was interested in a couple of units posted by TimBri. Brett was quick to respond and was kind enough to show me both units in the same day. The application process was also very straightforward and Brett was easily available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a place in the Guelph area.

I attended a viewing last Thursday for a property and was able to submit my application for the unit during the open house. There were 5 other couples and myself there. I was impressed that Colin took the time to touch base with all of us individually and answer all questions. I sent a follow up email to thank Colin for showing me the unit and received a response the same night stating that Tim and him would review my application. Colin contacted me the following morning to let me know I had been approved and we had the lease signed, deposit handled and “next steps” all completed by Friday

I have had a great experience. Whenever an issue has come up Tim has dispatched out service tech's and it's been fixed within 24 hours or close too depending on the urgency. My privacy is respected and I am always allotted notice before anyone is coming onto property. I have been a tenant for over a year now.
