So far HCI has done an excellent job for us. They're clear, upfront, professional, fair and honest. They clearly lay out all the facts, explain your options and help you make the best decision for yourself and situation. We likely ended up with a much better plan and cheaper than if I did it on my own. We're happy we found them for our health insurance needs.

Our company uses Healthcare Consultants for insurance and as an employee they are way more helpful then anyone. Angie has always been able to answer all my question promptly and also shares insight on how to use our benefits to the fullest. She has even helped me with large claims when I was in the hospital.

Dustin was fantastic!!! I contacted a few brokers as I was recently laid off. Dustin was persistent with keeping me on the right track. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and able to dumb it down, to a level I could understand, to be sure I was making the best decision for my family. I'm a bit of a procrastinator and he went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. Would recommend him to everyone I know and will be using their services again.
