Changed over to Peters for the best rate. They still have it. Friendly people.
I'm sure that, as I am accident free, when I'm too old to drive and have to hang up the keys, they will pay me back all the premiums I've paid over the years but never used.

Our insurance goes up every year. This is something that I am sure happens to everyone. We received our notice that our insurance was coming due, two weeks later i received a call and said that they looked over our policy and thought it was too high, so they did some calculations and brought it down a considerable amount. You don't hear that every day. Very impressed by this.

At the beginning of December I notified Peters that my banking information needed to be changed. This didn't happen, my monthly payment was returned by the old bank, fees incurred and rather than make it right by reimbursing my fees, no questions asked, they argued back and forth finally telling me I'm out of luck, this is my own fault and they will do nothing to help me.
