Not impressed with the service I received here. I dropped off a dress for hemming, alterations and to be pressed. When I went to pick it up I brought it home only to find that it was not pressed or hemmed and only the alterations have been done. The pins were LEFT in the hem of the dress even. I texted one of the employees who gave me her number when I dropped off the dress and explained what happened and told her id like to be refunded if I was charged for hemming and pressing then never heard back from her again. I honestly wouldn't recommend going here for any tailoring services.

I was introduced to Page The Cleaner through a friend and thought to try them out of curiosity. Well not only was I impressed with the professional manner of the client care person on the phone, but I was blown away by the quick response of the delivery driver who not only helped me load my clothes into my car, but he also showed up dressed to impress with a tie and very polished as I wasn't expecting that from a driver. He was helpful, polite and very well mannered. The quality of the cleaning done was by far the best I have ever seen and now I have switched to Page The Cleaner for all my future

This has been the WORSE experience as a customer ever. Destroyed hand knitted blanket and nicely covered. Though to try again and brought a winter jacket to dry clean ....I don't have the word to describe how poorly overall experience I have.

Always check your clothing articles after getting it back! I got 2 scarves dry-cleaned at the same time on Oct 18th of last year and never bothered to take it out from the bag since I wasn't going to use them yet. When i went to take them out of the bag this fall season, one of the scarves shrunk after being dry-cleaned while the other one stayed the same size. I would understand if both shrunk the same amount since they're of the same material and style but that's clearly not the case.
Would've been better off putting the garments into my own washer and dryer at home for less money than paying

I brought my suit and dress shirt in for dry clean and a hem, was told it would be ready by Friday, that's fine. I called in the following Tuesday to check if it was ready, sure enough it was and I was never notified, I needed it for the Saturday. When I brought them back I tried them on and noticed the dress shirt had very noticable wrinkles on both of the sleeves. It wasn't cheap either, do they not iron or steam the clothing?

The staff at this location are amazing! If something doesn't come back correct, they make sure it does come back correct. I love Colleen there. She super friendly and fights for the customers.
Will be going to this location every time now.
