Queens Club
The Queen's Club aims to deliver excellent indoor experiences for the tennis enthusiast. Our mission is to foster a community of people with a shared love for tennis, provide top quality playing conditions in a congenial environment, and offer excellent tennis services for our membership. The primary visionary behind the club was Sydney Hermant.

In 1957 he and his associates realized their shared dream by purchasing the Dupont street property from the Toronto Skating Club and transforming it into a non-profit, indoor tennis club with just one court, on the former ice rink surface. To mark Canada's centennial, a second court was added in 1967.
Services
The Club features two superb separate Har-Tru green clay courts each of which is totally enclosed. Our mezzanine, attached to the snack bar and overlooking both courts, offers the best viewing for our special events and our traditional Finals Day. Game arranging and block bookings are unique features valued by our members.

This club has the potential to be the very best tennis club in the country due to its facilities, generally wonderful members and outstanding staff (except the "General Manager").

However, it's 1950s "old boy" and now very Trumpian governance by-laws ruin its potential and instead, lead the club to consistently support a blatantly abusive, rude and manipulative General Manager ("GM") named Gator Parent. Most staff leave within a year or two. The poor few who stay are highly vulnerable and will tolerate hell to maintain their income. One wonderful, highly dedicated

The history here is remarkable. Run by great people. Amazing venue for a private event.

Oooohhh la la!
Very swanky, indeed.

I am not a tennis player (or a player at any team [who am I kidding-anything physical] at all) however, my sister is a huge tennis player and an active member at Queens.
She also throws a big Christmas party there every year.

I must say, having had zero idea what to expect, what a beautiful spot. And I can see why she loves going there for tennis, as well.
For a party location, I imagine it's not cheap to rent, but it is brilliant because the children are free to roam around and toss tennis balls at one another and go bananas on the court, which is
