Very good buying experience. Charissa was very friendly and offered superb customer service. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. Andrew even installed brand new wipers on the day of our pick-up. I Would recommend Tip Top to anyone shopping for used cars. I bought my first car here and I could have not asked for a nicer experience!

Recently we purchased our first car with Tip Top Auto. It was an amazing experience from the first moment I called Andrew right through to the moment we picked up our vehicle from Charissa and Andrew, thank you guys. The wonderful team at Tip Top made it such an easy process. They were so professional, friendly and helpful. With it being my first car I had so many questions, and they answered every one of them, and explained everything to me that i wanted or needed to know. I took the car for a test drive and the next day they allowed me to take it out again all the way into Oshawa to get an inspection

Fabulous experience with Tip Top. We went into looking to get a 2010 Ford and just as they started processing our application, a nicer 2012 Ford came in and they asked us if we wanted it before it was even listed. We found Charissa (and the others) very professional and patient in dealing with us. Hoping to get a van in the next year or two and we will be going back to Tip Top for that purchase!
