Is all I have to say, this was my very first experience with August Luxary Motors. I purchased a Ford Raptor ( Used ) and there were a few small things wrong so I actually reached out to the general Manager Mike Hall literally at 10:30pm at night and within 3 min he responded back to me, he was super professional and can definitely tell is super down to earth, he immediately lined me up with Brett Rocha ( Head tech ) and between the both of them they took incredible care of me.
I live in kamloops and what they did was nothing short of amazing ( they had a team Member

Bought a Audi R8 saying it was in perfect condition with no issues saying that clutch was at about 90%. Got the car and in 1 month with moderate driving the clutch was gone. Brought it to my mechanic that works on Audi and Lamborghini and we found the inner finder wells zip tied and falling apart. The brakes had no life and the covers in the engine… bay had many missing parts. It took spending $9,000 usd to get the car back to running stock. This place is a joke with selling cars with it online presence from you tubers like DDE. Which is a hand full of liers themselves

I have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. Spenser was so helpful, at no point did he speak about things he didn't know about, but he got the answers to the questions I asked. the negotiating aspect of things was seamless and he genuinely went to bat for me. July 5th I was speaking to a guy named Matt.
He informed me he was waiting for the "media team" to get pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Why he couldn't just walk outside and take a picture is a mystery to me.
A week later, no contact, no pictures, no nothing. You claim you have a car ton sell, but you cant walk outside to take a few pictures?
Id recommend stop being lazy and walk outside and take a few pictures with your phone if you want to sell a car, I get professional photos are nice, but a week for this media team to get pictures? Most people want to buy now if they are asking
