Live out of town had an appointment at 10:00, vehicle not even looked at by 12:00. Had to leave with no service as I had other appointments pending.
Told my appointment time was just a drop off time not a real appointment??? Spoke to the manage of Toyota who was very rude. Will never deal with them again!

Cameron Boles is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is honest and easy to talk to. He listens well and geniunely cares about your needs. I recommend asking for him if you come in. You cannot miss him if you see him. He is extremely tall like a tree.

I agree totally with the review that said stay away from this dealership. My experience with them left me feeling taken advantage of and unheard.

My A/C compressor needed to be replaced, phoned to book an appt. on a Wednesday, got one for Monday. They phoned back to ask me to call in on Monday morning to make sure the part came in. It hadn't, Tuscan the service guy, said he could get an after market one but it cost double the price (over $800). I said no I'd wait to get the Toyota part and booked an appt. for Friday ( going through that 40+ week with no A/C). I show up on Friday

Marty Taylor is a very helpful man. Knowledgable, courteous and professional employee. No pressure salesman with alot of helpful advice. Would recommend him as your go to person if you are ever on the hunt for a vehicle

Great service and nice people. I just don't understand why they can't make a firm appointment for service. Instead you have to take your vehicle in and leave it for a block of time. That's fine I guess if you live in Vernon, otherwise you are stuck for hours without a vehicle. Thank goodness for the shuttle guy.

Only one person in this dealership you should be getting a truck/car from and that is Adam McCormack
I went to Vernon Toyota and Adam gave me one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
He even knows some of my own language and greeted me in punjabi but only the basic, very funny guy to just chat with and made me feel like we were long term friends.
He was able to locate a car for me and it took 1 day to come in but it was worth the wait as I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else as he was a pleasure to deal with.
He is a true professional and I felt no pressure through

I bought my car new from this dealer in 2019 and had it serviced there. I was told two services ago my brakes were getting low. On my last service I was told they were metal on metal (2%) and my car was dangerous to drive. I booked it in for brake repairs in Armstrong as I live there and the mechanic told me my brakes were still at 60% and were not needing replacement.

The most disorganized and rude experience I have ever had at a car shop. Didnt tell me I needed another part so now I have a warning light all the time. Service person was anything bu, rude, blaming and unable to listen. When I expressed my displeasure she called to "apologize" but actually she called to justify her behavior and refused to listen to us and hung up on us! Do not go there!

Consistently terrific service department. I made a scheduling error for one appointment, they stayed overtime to finish with my car. Then there was an intermittent but persistent issue with my tire pressure monitor, which meant a few visits to resolve. Today they cleaned all four monitors, found and fixed a coding error in one, replaced, and took a few extra test drives to ensure the monitors are working...no charge. Definitely stand behind their product!!

STAY away from this dealership! They are lazy and incompetent, they don't respect or honour their own contracts, can't follow basic instructions, don't PDI their cars thoroughly, and frankly are the most unprofessional I have EVER dealt with with one exception being their finance manager Art - he was excellent. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for a new car.

I shopped around other Toyota’s before arriving at the Vernon Toyota but when Marty came out to greet me I knew this was the dealership I wanted to deal with! Everyone who helped me was absolutely amazing, they went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted and they were there to help every step of the way! Even continuing to reach out after the purchase was made! 10/10 recommend the Vernon Toyota!!!

Oh boy where do I begin, stay away go to Kelowna go to Kamloops go to Toronto anything but here. I highly recommend Toyota products just not from here cause you going to go on a level 10 roller coaster ride and puke your guts out in disappointment. Bought my first car that was used and they said it was fully inspected by one of there “technicians”… and I got the car and check the tires were all worn on the inside from a bad alignment , so they decided to give it an alignment which should be expected along with replacement tires at the same wear or better, no they replaced them

Ashton Hickson went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of here! My family and I needed a new vehicle and we needed 7 seats. He got us exactly what we needed, made sure all our needs were taken care of. This guy didnt stop there, oh no, he even helped me put my car seats in! I had gotten the 3m for the front of the vehicle and he even brought me a demo vehicle, took mine in for me and brought it back to me after it was finished, all because I couldnt wait around to get it done. Service like this is very hard to find these days. I have been treated aweful before from many dealerships

I can not express how grateful I am to this place. My friend and I were in an accident on a Friday and sadly for us the car wouldn't run right. We are from Alberta and needed to be back Sunday.
This was late on Friday during buisy tire season. They told us they were over booked as it was but would try their best to get it done by monday.
These amazing people not only called me with every finding and gave me options but we were able to pick our car up Saturday evening!
10/10 most honest and helpful people there is. Which is saying a lot in the automotive industry:)
