Located almost new used SUV at August Mazda,treated great by sales staff and support staff ,very fair with our trade in,had vehicle ready to go as promised, reviewed all features of the vehicle, looked after the insurance transfer,etc.We were very satisfied and based on our experience it appears that we will likely get our vehicle serviced there as well.Thank-you August Mazda staff and particularly salesman Randy. I always trust August Mazda with their care and servicing of my car. They are flexible to my availability and honest with their work. I always need a ride from Paul to pick me up or drop me off, he is kind and a great communicator. Jason at the front is always social and chatty and takes the time to get to know me. The sales staff here are the worst. I walked in and was looking at the cars in the showroom, not a single sales person even attempted to make conversation, much less sell me a car. I approached one and started asking questions and he was incredibly curt with me and wouldn't even look up from his cell phone as I talked. All I can think is that maybe because I'm somewhat young (mid 20s) they don't take me seriously as a buyer, but its disappointing since I've always been quite a fan of Mazdas cars, but I feel very uncomfortable shopping here and the staff seem very disinterested

I found my car online, reached out and spoke with Randy. He was very helpful and accommodating. The car was all shined up and ready to go when I got there making the whole process seamless and painless. Great experience buying my previously owned Mazda 5. :) My salesperson, Randy was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. No upsell, no bafflegab, he listened carefully to what I was looking for and what my needs for the vehicle were. The search didn't take too long and he found me just what I wanted. This is definitely a GREAT place to buy a car in Kelowna. I wasn’t expecting to buy a car when I walked on to that lot, but the combination of finding my perfect match and the amazing Kendal made it happen! She was very educational but not pushy or aggressive about the sale. She just wants to get you in the right car for you! I also loved how upfront and “bullshit free” the sales approach was. This is the first time I am owning a car in my life. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The financing options/add-ons/warranties could be more transparent and explanatory, but the staffs are doing a great job listening to your opinions. There is no hidden fees. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.I went to look at a used car there ,a 2016 mazda gt.it was sold and the salesman ,Larry said they are getting some more used ones in in a couple of days & they go for $26,900. I said I was looking at one in Van ,a 2016
& they were asking 18,900 for it.he said it must have been in an accident for that price.& I went & showed him the car on Auto trader.

I bought a car here in the summer and had the worst service. I had called a week ahead of time and asked if they had the car I was looking for. The sales representative didn't have to do anything, and I came in the next week and bought the car. I felt rushed and was treatedly so badly when asked if I would be able to have floor mats thrown in. Most dealerships offer incentives etc. I never asked for money off or anything big.
