Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, Value
They didn’t want to do my nails, if you call to do a reservation they tell you you have to come to the salon as a walk in and when you do they dont want to do your nails. I wont recommend this place and the owner was rude too

Henry, thank you so much for doing my nails exactly the way I showed you from google. Was little bit wait time but its okay it was Sunday, I understand.
Pedicure service is always good just we need to fix chairs that doesn't work massage system haha.
Rest i love this place. Thank you for making my money worth spending.

I clearly should have looked at the reviews before going to Princess nails.
I went for a pedicure in 2020 and had booked ahead of time. I wait around for a bit, afraid my lunch break might be done before my turn comes along and then, finally I am called. The lady seems to be doing a haphazard job, and pretty shoddy but I keep quiet. Then, she drew a design, some kind of pattern or flower or something I cannot discern, and she said "you like?" I said "okay" half heartedly, not wanting to offend her and not knowing what she just did without my permission. I thank her and dart off once done and when

VERY BAD STAFF!! no ne smile at all!! very high prices, they ask you which color you want without talling the difference then at the cashier you WELL surprise!!
Super bad service for manicure .. done very fast they don't spend time to make you feel comfortable, First visit and will be the LAST visit as well.

The younger taller man was actually quite good. He paid close attention to his work and did my toes very nicely. The lady who did my fingers was ok. She did recognize that the polish I had chosen was not going to work and redid the one that was messed up and offered me an alternative. I was less impressed with the man who did my mom's nails. He was wearing sweats. He was defensive with her when I asked why he was only putting clear polish on and not actually giving her a manicure. He rushed through his work and was done almost 20 minutes before mine was. No one really spoke to us at all. Overall
