Receptionists give incorrect pricing when you phone to inquire, so make sure you double check theyre competent enough to read a price list correctly. The location is not so bad to get at though, no reception for data connection least for bell. It's nice this place gives your animal pain meds for a few days, the other places don't. That's the only positive I have to leave.

The vet did a great job with the spay surgery of our dog Smudge; someone called the day after the surgery to find out how Smudge was doing. Great service!

Such friendly staff! Made my puppy feel cared for and safe. I was treated well too.

Brought in our dog because she had bad worms. She kept on getting worse after the initial appointments and when we called to book another follow up appointment to try to switch her medicine after a worrying episode, they basically told us in a very rude way that she was fine and it needed to run it's course. Brought her to a different vet and they immediately told us that the dewormer she was given was outdated and the worms had developed a resistance since she had now been given it too many times. On top of that the vet was cold and not very friendly to our dog. And finally, the receptionist was

Clearsprings provided awesome care to our dog Cricket. Today we had to put our Cricket down they were so good to her and understanding towards us. Thank you Tara you were an amazing vet.

The staff is amazing! They took wonderful care with our very large Dane Wolfhound cross. He's a gentle giant and came out of his neutering surgery like he'd gone to the spa for the day! Thank you for taking such good care of our baby :-)

Can't express my admiration and appreciation when it comes to the help, guidance and care that the vets provide here. They work with you to try and help figure out options when dealing with life threatening issues and take their own time to ensure you get the best advice they can offer. Really appreciate Dr. Johnson working with me over the last few months of my dog's life to try to make a very hard decision but in the end the one that prevented any additional unnecessary suffering. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a vet they can trust and work with.

Dr Trevor and his team are awesome! This is one man who will go the extra mile even if the outcome isn’t great for your pet.
I have recently had to say goodbye to my fur baby but Dr Trevor was so kind and caring and looked after us with the upmost respect and kindness.

Dr. Trevor seemed very knowledgeable and reasonable, the receptionist I dealt with was rude and combative. People are dealing with enough with there pet sick/dying to put up with that. Took my pet elsewhere and will not be going back

Every time I come here I’m blown away they are compassionate and so good with animals! They make you feel welcome. We are so thankful for them.

I had a great vet yesterday for the cats. Dr. Gaw at Clearspring. He was so gentle, caring and thorough. Even my Siamese cat who is usually very defensive with men became a marshmallow with him. Listened to what I was concerned with, did the tests I requested, didn't do tests he felt weren't necessary but did treat the conditions. My Precious'… s face is so much more healing today. The cats are peaceful, loving and truly, for what they did for them, I felt I was reasonably charged. I brought my cat in for dental work under anesthesia, they were very caring and answered all my questions. Made us feel very good, very upfront about potential pricing. Great with my cat, people were very nice and sweet, would highly recommend going here!
