We are located in the Fort Richmond Neighborhood, at the intersection of Pembina Hwy and Greencrest Ave. We recommend giving us a call at 204.269.8162 with your questions. With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies. This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!
Below are a few suggestions should you come across injured or orphaned wildlife. First, you need to determine if the wild animal is indeed injured or abandoned without putting yourself in harm's way. Try not to have too much contact with the animal or to disturb the surroundings. If you are unsure, it is best that you leave it be and call a wildlife specialist to notify them about the animal and its location.
At Centennial Animal Hospital, we understand that exotic pets need special handling and care. We, therefore, have an exam room specifically designed for these species to minimize stress while visiting. Our technicians are trained in handling exotic pets as well as providing specialized care when administering treatments.
Reptiles and amphibians have become more popular over the years. They can be great pets for those with allergies or people living in apartments that only allow caged pets. I really appreciated how accommodating everyone was with my sick cockatiel to make things work. People were kind, and what I found great was I didn't feel like they were rushing me to just get to the next client. I felt like they were taking my time seriously. I also was satisfied with the bill at the end of the day. I'll for sure be back in the future.

My dog was groomed here.🐶 They did a fabulous job!! Will definitely be coming back. No complaints from groomer about my dogs behavior. I was told by Pet Smart that she was difficult and they needed 2 handlers 🤔 (which they tried to charge me extra for) and that she tried to bite.😳 I was flabbergasted by what Pet Smart told me. My dog is the most gentle and loving pet I have ever had.🐾🐾 🤗Took my other dog who is grumpy to get nails clipped and they did a great job. Thanks

Horrible grooming service, My dog has been with them twice in her lifetime and both times my dog came back with some sort of pain, My dog was a puppy when she first went their 2-3 month old puppy her first grooming session they cut her nail very short that they were bleeding and she was traumatized that she didn't let Us touch her paws and today Dec 2 2021 her second grooming session with these irresponsible groomers left her a bruise on her snouts, she is in pain and not letting us touch her snout today, So I called the place to talk to the manager and she is an absolutely careless person who

The exotic doctor that we saw for my turtle was.... AMAZING!! He didn't make me feel rushed. Answered all my question. He explained all the possible options and didn't push me for added services that he didn't think where necessary. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and willing to help out and answer questions! 100% will go back for any future problems with my turtle.

10/10 recommend. I have a chatty husky mix who hates getting his nails cut. I’ve brought him here a few times to get his nails cut with ease but this last time he was having an off day and was not happy that his car ride destination was the vet. He absolutely refused to go inside, so I had told the staff that I would just like to cancel my appointment because there was no way I could get him in the building. The staff brought everything they would need outside and they cut them right in the parking lot. He was very squirmy and VERY chatty(husky screams) the entire time but they got every single

Have used the hospital and boarding services for about 9 years now. My dogs were excited to be in the dog day care when we were away and never had any issues with then not being taken out for exercise etc. Used grooming services one. Friendly staff. Hospital staff helpful, clean facilities, electronic access for pet histories. Good selection of veterinarian s so you can find one that partners well with you and your pet.

Centennial is an excellent vet. My family used this vet when I was young and I have continued to do so with my own dogs.
Dr. Hickling is very smart, calm, thorough, and has a gentle and kind personality. She’s very good to consult with as well when you’re trying to make decisions. She did several successful surgeries on my Bichon Frise. She helped… me put two of my dogs to sleep who were elderly and unwell and made it painless and peaceful. Dr. Hickling and all the staff at Centennial are caring and very thorough. They are very helpful with any concerns you may have and even provided information after the fact to help with an issue I was having with my cat. They also have a lot of high quality product on hand making it a one stop shop for pets in many ways. Their Covid protocol was excellent as well.

Dr Hickling and all the staff are fantastic, they have looked after our Shitzu (Soupy) for 16 years now and Dr Hickling did surgery , on our cat ( Chicken) , she had her rear leg amputated and now our cat out runs us all, I recoommend everyone no matter the issue take your pet to Centenial Animal Hospital
