Always a great experience and really appreciate Jack and Linda's efforts at providing a quality service at an affordable cost. I usually get a foot massage and have never been disappointed. Given the structure of their business sometimes they might pause during the session to answer a call however they're always friendly and polite, it doesn't bother me, I tune it out and focus on relaxing. Thank you for the great treatments always!

Update!! We bought their buy 10 get 2 free package. Got the full body massage today and it was fantastic - painful - but much needed

This was the worst massage ever. I couldn't relax for 1 second, I specifically asked for a relaxing massage and all I got was single thumb pressure and shaking of my muscle. So unprofessional massaging me with one hand and taking calls with the other. DO NOT attend this place.

Jack and Linda are amazing. My partner and I were walking by and thought let’s try it out. They have helped both of our backs tremendously.. we were in bad shape. I’m super grateful to them both. It’s just what we both needed.

I went this afternoon, it was excellent. She was tough on me but I needed it. Unlike other massage places there was nothing superficial going on, just a really great massage. I highly recommend it.

I'm a local in the Kitsilano area. Been here my whole life and been to various massage and RMT clinics. This is by far the worst experience and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a massage package and went a few times. On one occasion I did not have any cash on me to tip after the session. The owner who always wears a ball cap swore at me in Mandarin and yelled " Tip Tip Tip!" I had politely told him I did not carry enough cash this time but he was furious. I never went back. I contemplated calling the police on him as I felt unsafe.
Secondly the massages are very poor

I've been going here for 10 years!! My boyfriend now comes with me and he's also recommended both his parents here and they also love it. Each masseus has their own technique and eveyone likes their massages a specific way. I recommend trying them all and determine your favorite. They're also very accommodating to the amount of pressure you like so the more vocal you are with your masseuse the better. Tips are expected after massage. They work really hard and the massages are much cheaper than RMT so I have no problem giving them a good tip.

Very amazing deep tissue massage, by Julia. Definitely one of the best I have ever had. She instantly found knots and had the perfect pressure to work through them. Very strong, but she asked me if I was ok, and didn't miss any spots, even my ears! Highly recommended. Open 12 hours a day and have very affordable package deals!
