DO NOT BUY FROM THE FLOORING STORE IN SPRUCE GROVE. The owner Victor Fayant added over 712 ft2 of additional porcelain tile to my order, without my knowledge. I was fortunate that Mastercard refunded the full $4000.00 when I presented documentation proving that I had returned the tiles to C&S Tiles in B.C. and that my correct/exact measurements were not adhered to by the Flooring Store.
In addition, Victor sent out an Italian tile installer, John, who tiled my 1300 ft2 home incorrectly over the course of 22 days. An insurance inspection indicated that the entire flooring and two showers

If I could rate this store zero stars I would. The following is our experience
•on date of installation they no showed and didn't call
when we called to see where they were we were told our carpet had gone somewhere else so they had to reorder
• when the carpet came in it was too small for the space
•their installer showed up with a live bird on his shoulder and brought it into our house without asking
•the installer stood on my antique chair even after I told him I'd get him a ladder
•the installer yelled at me after I told him I didn't want glue used in my house with my 6 month
•on date of installation they no showed and didn't call

DO NOT BUY FROM THE FLOORING STORE IN SPRUCE GROVE. We bought here to keep things local. After waiting approx. 4 weeks for cabinets to come from Surrey BC, our contractor waited for the carpet and lino. Victor Fayant, the owner, said he would paid for our sea-can move, damage done by Jeff the installer, gave a quote which included GST. He tried to doctor the bill by adding GST, did not pay for the sea-can move, did not include his discount as he screwed up the measurements on lino (done 3 x), carpet done twice as Jeff screwed up again. We got a bill for the full amount and still the work is not

DON'T BUY FROM THE FLOORING STORE!! They don't stand by their product. We shopped local to support a local business, big mistake. Less than a year after our carpet was in its falling apart. I contacted the store who sent out the rep for the brand of carpet. Long story short they wont replace the carpet. It's fraying and falling apart. When I contacted them about what the decision was, I received an email from them saying they won't warranty the carpet, I responded and have never heard back from them. Don't shop with them, you're better off to go to a big box
