We worked with Leona when replacing our travertine tile floor to hardwood. We had about 1800 sq feet to replace and with 2 small children, we had had quite a few questions to assist us in feeling comfortable with our choice. We ended up choosing a Hakwood product and Leona was absolutely amazing in answering all of our questions. She was able to provide us all the information we needed and was always very timely in helping us along and gain comfort. The installers we had were top notch and everything went exactly as planned with no transitions and matching up to existing tile in some of the bathrooms

We had the original floors of our 1913 home refinished and are absolutely thrilled with the results. I found the communication from the company could have been a bit better (they accepted our deposit and then weren’t answering emails or phone calls—obviously we did eventually get ahold of them and Greg did apologize) but ultimately they showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. Floors look and feel fantastic and I would highly recommend this company! Photos are before (yellow floors) and after!

After looking at several different flooring websites and visiting some of them my dad decided to visit Touchwood. Leona was very knowledgeable and personable during our first meeting. I am thrilled with how this project turned out! Our 70 year old red oak flooring was in need of some love, and a more modern look. From the quote to the execution, everything was done professionally and on time. Leona and Greg truly go above and beyond for their customers and I am very grateful. We ended up staining and using about a 50/50 mix of “Birch” grey and a white to get this stunning ashy colour with a matte finish.

Touchwood Installed reclaimed oak from Northern Wide Plank on the main floor of an infill project I am working on and also a vinyl plank with cork backing for the basement. Every part of the experience was great. Things that were important to us that we really appreciated about Touchwood was their cooperation and patience during all the changes… and slight set backs with scheduling, they did their best to be accommodating which was a huge relief. I appreciated Leona's attention to detail when working with the Installers to ensure everything looked perfect. Greg was always available for questions

We have just had our main and upstairs floors replaced with wood from Touchwood. We were very impressed from the first meeting with Leona, about the care and detail she put into the estimate. The men who laid the floors were absolute craftsman who did a beautiful job, again with care and attention to detail. We love our new look and have already recommended Touchwood to others.

I recently had Touchwood Flooring install new hardwood floors in my 50's bungalow. Max came out to my home to do measurements and offered me quote that worked well within my budget. He was very informative… and answered all my quesitons. The entire project went very smoothly and the end results were fantastic. I'm very pleased with the staff, the product line and the quality of the installation, great job everyone. Leona the owner even came out to my home to over see a small detail about my heat vents.
