When you arrive at Paramount Animal Hospital, you can expect quality care for your pet. When you arrive you will be greeted warmly as we check you in. We will do our best to make sure you are brought into an examination room as soon as we have one available.

I personally didn't have a pet go here but my best friends had their fur baby (dog) get an incredibly severe infection from a dog bite. They were incredibly quick and took her in when no other vet would be able to until days later. Had they not there is a chance that we wouldn't currently be driving her home on the way to recovery. Had to do 2 vet visits, each time she needed to have a surgery to drain the infection and clean the infected flesh. They were passionate about what they were doing and did everything in their power to help even when it was looking like she may not make it. She had a

I took my cat Athena to paramount animal hospital as she had bloody discharge from her backside. Dr. Raza recommended blood work as he suspected she had pyometra. After blood worked confirmed that she indeed had pyo I was able book the surgery the very next day at 9am.
They surgery went amazing and my cats incision sight is so small you can barely see it! She went back to bed normal self right away eating and drinking and playing the same night after surgery. I am so happy and pleased with Dr. Raza and his service! I Would recommend this clinic anyone. He offers great affordable prices and professional

We went to Paramount veterinary clinic to have Zeek humanly put to sleep.
That was NOT what happend. The vet walked around the office with the needle with sedation medicine, with no cap! While he tried to sell us paw print options. Then he jab zeek in the hind quarters with the sedation needle! Then whenI should have left the vet and taken him to another! Instead he proceeded to shave zeeks hind leg and fish for a vein, which he repeated on each leg. Me thinking he is dehydrated and h he has bad veins let him do his work. I have to send William out of the room. The vet at this point had injected

Sept.2021- I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the veterinarian yet, but the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. For that reason, I transferred my puppy's records there. I just moved to Stoney Creek from Toronto and was desperately looking for specific puppy food. The receptionist told me not to worry. They don't carry the food that I was looking for, but she would place an order online for me. And before you know it, the order was ready for pick up the next day. Rocky( puppy) and I were pleased.

Worst animal hospital I have ever been to. The girl at the front desk was very nice, but the doctor didn't seem to know what he was talking about in any way. We basically paid $300 for nothing, and thankfully opted for a second opinion at a reliable vet who took our cat in right away and is keeping them over night for observation as the problem they were experiencing could have killed them. Didn't have much of a choice as finding an appointment was difficult. Stay away from this place, find a vet who actually cares about your animals as much as you do.

I took my 14 year old black lab to this vet 4 times.
1st time, we had her nails trimmed and she bled everywhere. Second time, she had a pus pocket drained and she was wining in agony while the vet squirted her pus all over us and the floor.
The third time my dog had a ear infection and all I wanted was some medication.
He brought my dog inside, performed a “ear cleaning” which I did not approve of. In literally 2 minutes he came out and charged me almost 400.00 for medication and a “ear cleaning”
The vet did not once mention my dogs deteriorating health. We took her to another vet to

The staff and Vet here are very friendly, and the place is extremely clean. I’ve bored my cat here three times and one time included dental surgery, every time my cat came home very happy and the vet explained his dental surgery to me which was nice knowing what my cat was going to be going threw. What they charge is very reasonable also, I’m very happy I’ve chosen this animal hospital

Our little wiener dog had a major infection that could only be treated via surgery. The whole situation was incredibly tense and nerve wracking not only for our dog but us as well. The staff of this establishment were very kind and professional dealing with the whole situation and we managed to determine a course of action.
Our little wiener dog may not have made it if it wasn’t for the heroes at Paramount Animal Hospital and our dog has never been more energetic than she is now. I would like to highly recommend their services for their professionalism and speed at which they managed to adhere

On Thursday evening we had an emergency with our feline fur baby Hope and I called everywhere but no one would take her🥺. Luckily on Friday morning I found Paramount and they were efficient, friendly and amazing with her. They booked her blood work and the following day she was in surgery. The staff explained everything in detail and did an amazing job with her. Hope was able to come home the same day and I can say she is healthy and healing great. Thank you to the staff that took care of our baby. I absolutely recommend anyone to take their fur babies here. ❤️
