Mohinder is great! Very professional and knowledgeable. We worked with him to build our custom home. He took our vision and made it a reality. He shopped around and got us the best prices, ensured the home was up to date with the best technology and had great suggestions for all the details we wanted to include in our home. Mohinder is a very knowledgeable and reliable builder. He has good taste of design and knows the trend of high technologies. He controled the cost while provided high quality of the work.
Our custom house was finished in 9 months. Mohinder gave us lots of important advices starting at the design stage, even before we signed the contract. He visited the construction site almost every day, sometimes stayed there for hours to monitor the jobs. He pays attention to details and his subtraders are excellent.
We highly recommend Mohinder. He made the whole building procedure smoothly.
