I called Sasha to do a condo renovation (wall, flooring, electrical, painting) and the final cost and timeline were within 10% of the estimate which is great considering materials costs and labour constraints in 2021. The work was professional and the noise/mess kept to a minimum. He also set us up with an associate of his who took care of the city permitting for us. All in all, good prices for a full service reno.

We are deeply grateful to “21Renovations”.
Before we found 21Renovations, our home was full of a mess because other irresponsible constructors did poor work on there, broke every promise, and did not finished it for 6 months.
So we changed our contractor to 21Renovations, and there's no regret at all.
- Sasha, the real professional contractor said that they will complete the work in six weeks, and did it. When there were some problems, he doesn't hide it and makes us know the situation well. And finally, he solves it.
- Pamela has positive, bright energy and helped us to make good choices

We did a major renovation (kitchen, dining, living, stairs) and were thrilled with the outcome--on time, on budget, and the completed project exceeded expectations. Sasha and Juan are extremely professional, easy to collaborate with and open to all input, and the rest of the team were great. We chose 21 Renovations to do an extensive renovation of our kitchen and adjacent rooms. We are very happy with the results. The 21 Renovations crew (Sasha, Dejan, Luis and Juan) was excellent, as were their sub-contract tradespeople. Everyone that worked on this project was professional, polite and friendly, in addition to being great craftsmen.

Sasha, Juan, and the rest of the team completed a project for us in August-September this year. They created a beautiful barrierless shower in a complete bathroom redo, and did some drywall and painting work in the bed room. We found it easy to work with Sasha, from planning to contract to the actual work. Juan did a really amazing job, going above and beyond for us, and the tile teams are real pros. We highly recommend working with 21 Renovations on jobs you want done right with minimal worries.

I hired 21 Renovations to completely remodel my condo's kitchen and bathroom. I could not possibly be happier with the results! Working with Sasha and Dejan was a complete pleasure. Sasha and the 21 Renovations crew were amazing to work with throughout the entire 5 week renovation of my condo. The end results are absolutely beautiful! He was able to adapt to additions to the project even after it started, keeping on the adjusted budget, and staying as close as he could to the completion date. He and his teams that were available to answer any questions that I had promptly. I definitely recommend using them.
