I've been using Rush Freight for past 5+ years and my experience's been great. The customer service is prompt and accurate. My shipments were picked and delivered on time without any issues. I will highly recommend RFG to anyone who wants to save on their everyday small package shipments and LTL shipments.

They are awesome at handling all of our shipments coming from Europe and China. I will highly recommend them to anyone who wants a true door to door service including customs clearances. Their UPS Services is fantastic and because of their volume it is easier to deal with them directly than calling UPS. Awesome services..

Do not use this company. The initial service we received when getting quotes was great but the after sales service was horrible. We lost $1000+ because they didn't follow-up with UPS in a timely manner regarding brokerage issues. When they sent us our first invoice, there were multiple charges that were not initially quoted. Now I'm being asked to take down this review because they say that I reviewed the wrong company. They are Rush Freight Global and also operate under Rush Freight International. Kumar Nada who did a review with 5 stars is actually an employee we worked with.
