KTC was founded in 1937 as a non-profit club for the provision of recreation and relaxation to members of the community, available at an affordable cost. The club is located on the east side of Winnipeg's historic Red River, just north of the Chief Peguis Trail along Valhalla Drive. Set amidst one of the most densely populated enclaves in Winnipeg, this peaceful parkland setting with a stunning river view is perfect for your summer relaxation and entertainment.
Services
For faster and more efficient service, please load up your club credit account prior to enjoying the patio. There is limited seating inside the clubhouse; please enter via the back door to access this six person seating area. You may also choose a combination of denominations to get a precise amount not available on the list.
The full slate of KTC Adult programs is summarized below. From beginner to advanced and from fun to competitive - there's a program for every player. Some of KTC's adult programs are open to Non-Members. If you don't want to become a member but would like to participate, you must create a KTC on-line public membership account prior to registering in a program.
KTC has two Junior programs: Junior Tennis Team Lesson Program and Junior Match Play Program. This account is required prior to registering your child into a KTC program. We use Tennis Canada Teaching Methods. Co-operation and partner drills along with game situation training will keep participants active and eager to improve their play.
