I started Adelina's Catering back in 1987 as a passion project. I wanted to share my love for food with my community and family. Over the years I have participated in countless celebrations, from big Italian weddings to small gatherings. I have taken great joy in contributing to each one. This passion is as strong today as it was when I started.
I look forward to continuing my traditional approach to baking and cooking within the Niagara Region for many years to come. When arriving at our location, please look for the sign directing you towards the catering entrance. We had Adelina cater (cook) for our small 50 guest wedding. She was responsive, professional & extremely experienced! Her food was incredible & her prices are so fair. Every one of our 50 guests complimented the food & said it was the best meal they’ve ever had @ a wedding. We have more family weddings in the future & will definitely be using her again. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Thank you Adelina!

We ordered lunch for the team and were very happy with the service. The food was very delicious, fresh and just outstanding. Adelina created and executed the perfect menu for our lunch.
