Stemming from the Niagara Region, with over 20 years fine dining experience in French, Thai, Italian, Southern and Spanish Cuisine and voted Chef Of the Year in his 2 consecutive years of culinary school (2000 & 2001), Chef James loves to blend flavors and colors to create not only fabulous tasting dishes but art.

This will be delivered to your office on the requested date for you to present to your clients. Your clients will then contact the chef, select the date and time, design the menu and enjoy! Our chef will bring all groceries, cooking utensils and related equipment, plates and cutlery. Purchase 3 Gift Certificates of either type over the course of 1 year and I will present you with one FREE.
1 hour Passed Tapa's, Served to your guests upon arrival, with option to change to Antipasto bar. Select from 3 to 5 Course Plated Dinners, a 3 course Live Stationed Pluffet (NEW) or a 12 item Tapas Style Dinner. Late-night consisting of Grilled Pizza, Assorted Pastries and Fruit Platter, complete with your wedding cake service.

Really disappointed in our experience with this catering company. What seemed like a great small business to support ended up being a very unresponsive vendor who refused to credit us for the deposit we made on the catering we had to cancel due to COVID-19. With plenty of options I would find another one, unless you like being kept in the dark until their is no recourse for the money you thought you were investing in a great entrepreneur.
