PigOut with Chef Daniel is a professional pig roast and barbecue catering service that operates in Southern Ontario including Burlington and Oakville. Catering for backyard parties, picnics and corporate events, weddings, family parties and festivals. With our portable kitchen trailer we can cater at any event without the need for on site kitchens.
Whether you're planning a casual BBQ, Corporate Picnic or formal Wedding we can tailor a menu to suit you. PigOut GTA Catering - Thank you so very much for making things simple and stress-free on an already hectic day! I hired PigOut GTA to cater to my 50th Birthday Party for 45 guests - this was my only "to do" for this event.
We recommend ordering 1 lb of pig per guest for a dinner function where the pork will be the main protein. Typically, whole pigs yield 50% meat. On average we recommend a pound portion of meat per guest. Therefore, a 60lb pig will yield approx. 30lb of meat or 60 8oz portions. This BBQ was fantastic from start to finish!! From ordering to pick up the operation ran seamlessly!!! From succulent pulled pork to creamy Mac and cheese, superb mashed potatoes to baked beans and beef brisket we were in BBQ heaven!!! There was more than enough for 9 of us not have to fight it out over the food of the gods!!! Thank you team!!! We will 100% visit again!!!!

We chose Pigout for my sister in law’s birthday and we are so glad we did! Linda and her team went above and beyond, accommodating a last minute date change due to weather and a last minute request for delivery. The food was superb and the service was great! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to host a pig roast! Can’t say enough about Linda and her team! It was a memorable party thanks to their company!

Daria and the PigOut Niagara team were a dream to work with. They respond promptly to emails, answered all of our questions and modified the menu for our wedding a few times to account for extra guests and special dietary needs. On the day of the wedding they were very professional, working quickly and seamlessly. Everything was in order exactly as we had discussed and all was cleaned up and the leftovers in tin trays for us to take home. They even perfectly cut up our wedding cake. Had the pleasure of enjoying some fantastic food over the weekend, very impressed with the rotisserie pork, I fell in love with the tomato salad they had (cherry tomatoes, bocaccini basil, spiral pasta and shaved parm), I couldn't remember what they called it but it was so good I want the recipe! The only criticism would be that the pork skin… needed more salt, not sure if the pig is brined or just marinated, either way a touch more salt would have made it perfect for me, I realize that not everyone likes their food salty so don't change anything on my behalf.

We would like to give a huge shout out to Stacie and Dan from PigOut Brantford. There is not one bad thing to say. We had PigOut cater our wedding this weekend. The food was brilliant. Every guest left full… and overly satisfied. The pig was a beauty. Our guests had a blast using it as a photo-op. Dan promised he would blow us away with his cuisine and he did exactly that. from breads, to salads to the rotisserie. Amazing. Thank you for everything. Look no further 😊 Not only was the food top-notch delicious (I still have guests telling me this three weeks later), but Daria took care of everything from beginning to end. We didn't have to worth about a thing, she was on top of it all. Reasonable pricing plus and the food shows up hot and ready to go, and feeds plenty! Was recently in a wedding that was catered by Pig Out catering and it was phenomenal! It would have been an amazing meal in a restaurant but to be served at an out door wedding was amazing! Stacie and Chef Daniel were so hospitable and professional and were accompanied by a great staff! From set up to tear down Stacie was so wonderful and accommodating and that was on top of an amazing meal! Can’t recommend enough! The bocconcini salad, roast beef and frozen sorbet were some of the highlights but it was all so tasty!

I don't even know where to start as Linda from pigout catering exceeded my expectations and more. From the very start she was lovely, professional and cooked awesome food. My mother was so impressed she actually hired her for my bridal shower as well we hired her for my wedding. Not only did she help with catering she literally was the biggest support/help to make things happen. The day before my wedding the person who was suppose to make our cake canceled. I have attended an event where Pig Out provided Catering in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I was blown away by how impeccable the food was; everything was perfect; from delicious flavour profiles to the presentation and timing of each course — far above average!

August 23rd PigOut catered our wedding reception. The meat (pork and chicken), vegetables (potatoes and mixed veggies) and salads were all delicious. Everyone one happy!

PigOut Catering catered our small wedding reception of about 40 people at Navy Hall in April and every one of our guests raved about the food... "best wedding food I have ever had" "the vegetarian options were… great, thank you!" "OMG... I couldn't stop eating the cracklin"!!! The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our wedding day and reception were stress free (at least when it came to the catering!) Thank you to the entire team at PigOut Catering!
