At 63 I had my first ever hearing test with Shauna at Cambridge Hearing Centre. Shauna was friendly and thorough. She explained the process and results and I left the centre completely understanding what my next steps are. Lucky for me, I don't have to return for another year. I highly recommend Cambridge Hearing Centre.

They have been taking care of my mothers hearing issues and I have been very pleased. There have been various things that have been confusing for a senior and they always take the time to explain and make her feel comfortable with her new hearing aids.

Nice place for ear exam. The place looks organized and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The person who was doing the exam, answered my questions. She was patient with my daughter.

Thank you so much to Shawna, her professionalism was amazing. I went totally deaf in both ears. To say I was depressed would be an understatement. Shawna diagnosed one ear had a build up of stubborn wax the other ear was blocked due to at least 3 months of really bad allergies.
When I left the clinic I could hear a pin drop. It was wonderful and as for the other ear my doctor will be giving me advice on how to treat the allergy problem..

They said that they will send my results by e-mail after the appointment. But they did not send it. I called and provided my e-mail address again. They did not send it again. I have to go to another hearing center.

I have an appointment at 10:00 am show up and the person at the desk just told me he does not have time to see me , that he can see me at 11:30 or another day, I drove for 23 minutes for nothing.....
