Whether you are just thinking about hearing aids, or a seasoned pro, we will have you hearing clearer and better. Our approach is not just about the hearing aid.
It is important to note that as soon as the sticker is removed from the battery, air mixes with the zinc and slowly drains the battery. The battery will continue to drain even if it is not in a hearing aid and being used. Keeping it in a fridge or freezer does not extend the life of the battery. If anything moisture is more likely to clog the air holes under the sticker and will shorten the life of the battery.
We offer the latest technology from all the major manufacturers. As an independent hearing clinic we are not tied to any one manufacturer. This gives us the unique benefit to learn about all manufacturers to find the right fit for you. Each manufacturer has their strengths, and some patients have a personal preference, so we take the time to listen to your needs, read your hearing test, and find the perfect product for you.
I booked my first appointment at the clinic to discuss the tinnitus issues that I have. I met with Leila and she was very knowledgeable in helping me understand tinnitus. She performed very thorough hearing tests which indicated a slight hearing loss and gave me hearing aids (no charge) to try. I was very impressed with the consultation and follow up (again no charge) and would highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic was outstanding in every way. I have had hearing issues, tinnitus and hearing loss, for the past 10-12 years. I have been to multiple ENT's with no definitive treatment suggestions. Leila gave me a hearing test and thoroughly explained exactly what was wrong with my hearing. She then lent me, at no charge, a pair of hearing aids programmed to my requirements for a week to see if they made an improvement. As well, she removed wax from my ears, a chronic condition, in a gentle and painless way. Leila is a thorough, knowledgeable professional who's first priority is finding a solution

I have had a chronic history of wax buildup in my ears to the point of near complete loss of hearing at times. I have historically needed to wait to see ENT's for cleanings on account of prior bad experiences with painful removal. Leila was exceptionally gentle, efficient and effective. She prioritized comfort and took her time removing the plug using various tools.

I had a great experience here. The staff provided great, professional information, a thorough test (the most comprehensive I've ever had) and a clear explanation of hearing aids and how they are programmed and tuned. I was then able to borrow a pair of hearing aids that were adjusted to my specific loss. I tried the devices for a week. I decided, in the end, not to purchase but that had nothing to do with the service I was given. I returned the devices and they were received pleasantly, with no difficulty and no charge. Should I, in the future, decide to purchase hearing aids I would have no hesitation
