I have recently moved to Ottawa and had to find a new hairdresser after many years with the same one. I felt that whoever I went to had big shoes to fill. I found Carole and she not only gave me a great cut but gave me some hilights I just love. She is very friendly and professional. I intend on staying with Carole for many years to come.

I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day.
Jean is an old school master. He takes his time. His movements are precise. His method is meticulous.
The place is clean. Towels are fresh.
This is not a quick barbershop cut. It feels more like a five star treatment. With refreshing cologne, hair rinse, and a scalp massage. A true gentleman's place.

It’s good to see Jean back in business. Jean has been cutting my hair for several years and I’ve never left disappointed. He is a master at his craft. Whether it’s a haircut or shave he always provides excellent service and takes his time to ensure that you look your best when you walk out the door. I highly recommend paying him a visit.

I've been getting my haircut with Jean and Carole's for over 10 years. They do an excellent job and I have always been very satisfied with their service. Regularly I enjoy full face grooming which Jean, who does an excellent job. This is not your regular middle of the road place where they don't care much about their customers. With Carole and Jean you can bet that they will do an excellent job.

I love love love going to see Carole! She is amazing! I always walk out feeling great with fresh highlights, a small trim and eyebrows done!
