Took pictures and measurements and emailed them back to the company, never received a reply after. My follow up email went unanswered. Recommend if you enjoy wasting time and being ghosted. Any recommendations for a company that want to install two fireplaces?
Edit: The management of this company is very poor. I called (as asked below by the person who responds to reviews), but the receptionist had no idea what to do with the call as the sales rep was out. I said that this wasn't a sales call as they had massively screwed up and all she could say was that she wasn't the one who posted the reply
