There are so many fireplace shops in Toronto. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I can not stress this enough. The Fireside Group is not a company you want to trust. Once they have your money, they no longer care. They sold me a faulty product and then told me it's my problem. Now I'm supposed to contact the manufacture of the fireplace to get the part, and then I will have to find my own repair person to fix it.
Once they have your money, they will never respond to your emails. You would think that a company selling fireplaces would be eager to help you fix the 6000.00 brand new damaged product they sold, but
