Services
Our Fireplace Specialists ensure the safety of your home, the longevity of your fireplace and the integrity of your fireplace warranty. Our gas licensed technicians will be able to inspect any problems your fireplace may be having and repair them with successful solutions. Gas fireplaces are low-maintenance which makes them a wonderful asset and focal point to any room.
Gas Fireplaces can add a luxurious touch to your home, and provide additional heating in rooms or parts of the homes that may need it. However, like any home appliance, Gas Fireplaces require periodic maintenance and cleaning to keep it functioning efficiently and effectively. With gas appliances, you never want to risk issues that could compromise the safety of your home and your family.
The first step in trying to answer that question is fully establishing what the problem could be. Perhaps the pilot light looks like it's on, but goes out as soon as you release the button. Or the main burner won't light, but everything else looks okay. Maybe the pilot refuses to ignite, even if everything else seems to be working alright.
If you're maintaining your gas fireplace properly, you're assured of many years of performance. With the Fireplace Experts, you can be sure that regular maintenance and service will keep your gas fireplace in great shape. If your home-building or renovation plans include an efficient gas fireplace, take some time to plan the installation so that the fireplace can effectively contribute to your heating needs.
Many GTA homeowners have the priviledge of purchasing a home with a built-in fireplace. Like any part of the home, your fireplace can become outdated, and require a slight remodel or complete renovation. Whether you want to upgrade to a gas fireplace, or change the size or layout of your existing fireplace, the Fireplace Experts will manage your fireplace makeover from start to finish.

We contacted Fireplace Experts to service three fireplaces in a home we had just purchased. The units hadn't been serviced in many years and a few were not lighting properly. Chaim was able to quickly assess the problem and complete repairs in his first visit. We are very pleased to have functioning fireplaces once again. I would recommend Fireplace Experts to anyone looking to have their gas fireplaces serviced.

Called to get our fireplace looked at and serviced as there was a bit of smoke the first time we moved in and turned it on. Tech came (was very friendly and chatty) and changed 4 AA batteries, concluded it was a new fireplace, paired the remote and told us to run it 3hrs/day for a few days to cure. Got charged $180.80 for what I thought would be a full service. Called in and left a voicemail with no response. Emailed a week later and got a response saying that it is their charge for a service call regardless of what is done. Not feeling so great on the value received as opposed to getting full

Technician arrived an hour and a half late without a word. Proceeded to take up 3 hours of my time yammering on about how crappy the new units he installs are and how lucky I am to have an older unit. He then suggested I opt in for $2400 in preventative maintenance to the pilot lights. In the end he charged me $400 for C02 tests I didn't ask for nor were they required. The office refused to refund full amount because "it's my word against his", all the while saying "we just want you to be happy"! Ha! Expert in name only.
