My name is Zlata, and I am the founder of Mindful Living GTA. My mission is to help others connect more deeply to the moments that make up their lives. This skill of present-moment awareness is called mindfulness. When we practice mindfulness we create a real chance for a richer, fuller, more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Summer is the season of the heart. Our life energies are at their peak for their year, and it is a time for the manifestation of all we have been cultivating throughout the spring. Even though this is the time of joy and appreciation, opening the heart can still be a challenge.
