I brought my phone in with water damage to the charging port. It worked fine, just wouldn't charge. Once it died fully and would like charge past 0 - I brought it in and they not only cracked my screen, didn't call me to tell me they were done ( I had to call them and ask about the progress to find out they already gave up trying to fix it) but now it's completely broken. It won't even say 0% charging like it did before I brought it in. Now it's black screen of death with flashes of green. Really wish I didn't bring it to these guys.

I was so pleased to deal with Infrared. I was sure my phone was broken for good when I walked in to see what refurbished phones were available. I was quickly assured it could be repaired same day and for $85! I then spoke to them about my sons damaged phone and brought it in and found it could also be repaired. I had to rush home so he went over and above to deliver it to me after the store closed!

Awesome place! I’ve had many great dealings here. The owner Michael is a super nice guy, who was able to repair my phone for $600 cheaper than Apple quoted me. He did a fantastic job, in a timely manner, and included a screen protector at no cost. The place smells amazing too and he has a super cute dog named June. Went to this shop twice first time was for my wife's phone which they took and tried everything they could and didn't charge me a thing for it since they couldn't help second time my phone did want to charge the guy cleaned out the port and now it works great still didn't charge me even though i took some of his time up. highly recommend trying them out first

I have given in my Mac book air for water damage repair, I was told that it would be a week to diagnose then we can get it fixed if possible. A month later after calling several times I was told it could be fixed and it would take a week. It's has now been 2 months still no answer, and all the employees are doging any questions and directing us to ALI because they don't have any "information." This is ridiculous 10/10 would not recommend infrared to any one in oshawa.

Infrared is amazing! My iPhone7 required a very extensive motherboard repair. I had two other places tell me that my phone was “not salvageable”.. “would cost a fortune if it could be fixed”.. that I was “better off throwing it out and buying a new phone” etc. However, the staff and MB technician at Infrared truly acknowledged how important it was… for me to access the valuable contents on my phone. It took an entire month to repair the motherboard damage, but they never gave up and I finally got my phone back today!! I am so grateful!! Amazing service
