If you are looking to get any form of waxing - Ambereen/Amber is the one! She is friendly and fun to be around and hands down the best waxist I ever had! She is renowned in Barrhaven for her waxing talents! - She is fast, effective with an almost pain free experience! In fact I have never experienced such little pain in my life during a waxing! -And trust me I have had plenty of waxist before, and they don't even come close!

Christine is a master colour artist for hair! I always come out of the salon looking amazing. She knows exactly what to suggest for colour, cut and styling for me. The salon has ensured that everyone is masked, spaces are cleaned and capacity is reduced so I feel very safe having my hair done at Serenity Salon & Spa. I have tried many, many salons in Ottawa over the years and this is my favourite by far - very friendly and inviting and the quality of the staff is outstanding. Highly recommended!

I was visiting friends from out of town and needed to get my hair done. I had a cut and partial highlights. The salon staff was very welcoming and the salon was well lit and clean. My hair stylist Daniela was amazing and very professional! She was so much fun to talk to and she did an outstanding job on my hair. I have never had such a great head massage while having my hair washed. I got tons of compliments! Next time I am in town, I will definitely be back, Daniela!!!!

This is not my normal salon but my guy was away on holidays and I was in need of a chop. By chance, i was in the area and decided to give them a go. Asked about the pricing, seemed decent to me and Daniela was the lucky one who was chosen to cut my curls. She was very professional and made me feel like I have been going to this location for an eternity. I told her what i wanted, she performed well and i left a happy customer. Thank you to Serenity Salons and most importantly to my hairdresser Daniela. Would definitely return to this business and Daniela.

Been seeing Tonya for so many years I can't remember how long it's been. When I arrive someone always checks with me and sometimes a second person does as well. It's nice to know that you won't fall through the cracks. I'm always pleased with my hair. Tonya has told me that if I have to go home and restyle it's a waste of money. She always welcomes feedback and will fix whatever I don't like so I'm not restyling. I couldn't imagine anyone else doing my hair!!!
