I’ve been having a wonderful experience here having my eyebrow tattoos removed with Joyce. She’s very professional, kind, and gentle. My tattoos are almost completely gone after only 3 sessions! Communication has been excellent and in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend coming here. I’ll be having laser hair removal done here as well. Thank you Joyce!

At first I was hesitant to come to this spa to get laser tattoo removal done, as other reviews were quite negative. I called, and they said they had recently gotten a new machine, because the other one had apparently gotten very weak. After 5 sessions my tattoo was almost completely gone! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a tattoo removal done! :)

I had a bad experience with Precision’s former employee. She was constantly late, she didn’t take the necessary time with my treatments (tattoo and hair removal) which meant that I didn’t get great results and she wasn’t very forthright with what I could expect in terms of results. When I complained about it Joyce addressed the issues immediately in a very professional manner. I wouldn’t recommend Precision for tattoo removal but I can definitely say that after working with Joyce on the hair removal I am pleased with the results.

I'm not happy with this place at all. I spent almost $800 in laser hair removal and it didn't work and then they kept trying to sell me more and more and always upselling. The older Asian woman who runs the show doesn't speak English and is incredibly rude!! There is never anyone in there I assume this place will be closed within 6 mos

I went to Precision Laser Spa for tattoo removal. It was a complete waste of time and money. I purchased a 10 session tattoo removal package and saw virtually no results after more than 15 sessions. The technician was consistently (unapologetically) late for my appointments which made the experience even more frustrating. I finally gave up and went to another tattoo removal business in Ottawa and saw immediate results after one session. Even better, I'm told it will likely only take 2 more sessions to completely remove my tattoo. While I am incredibly happy to finally see progress on my tattoo
