I have over 20 years experience in the appliance service industry - most recently holding the position of Service Manager at Bate's Maytag in Waterloo. I chose to start my own appliance repair business in order to spend more time with my wife and children. I have two girls that are very active in Rep Soccer.

Mike was able to stop by quickly. He knows what questions to ask before he arrives. Very thorough, quick. Best of all, he had the right part in the trunk, and took away the broken circuit board for recycling. Thank you for saving my fridge

We woke up this morning to find our dryer wasn't working. Called Mike and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He sourced the part we needed and was at our house within the hour to make the repair. Great service at a reasonable rate! Would highly recommend.

So I was stuck with a broken dishwasher, not knowing what was the problem, and we just moved to town. I decided on contacting Mike first based on reviews, and boy was I not disappointed. First he easily saved me a service call by doing some email correspondence with me about the problem. By taking a picture Mike was able to tell the exact problem. He is extremely professional, has the knowledge that can save you money, and was easy to work with (I had to change our appt a few times). So about 8 emails later, a hour of the mans time doing a not so easy install, and he charged me for a basic service

My fridge stopped cooling and after reading the great reviews of Bryson's Appliance called to see if Mike could come to fix it. Arrived when he said he would and after checking the fridge quickly diagnosed a leak in the copper lines. Bad news was, he doesn't fix leaking copper lines.
I needed to fix the fridge rather than replace it, so sought Mike's advice on whether there was a repairman skilled enough to fix this older fridge at a reasonable price. He gave a great recommendation to a highly skilled master fridge repairman. Won't hesitate to call Bryson's Appliance again for any appliance repairs

Mike came at the time he specified, was very professional, and gave me his honest opinion about my washer issue. Even tho it was fixable, the price would not have been worth it, and he clearly thought in the best interest of me when he told me to get a new washer. Overall, I certainly will be calling Mike for any appliances issue, and highly recommend to anyone.
