Appraisals are vital when it comes to insuring and protecting your jewellery investments. Our GIA Graduate Gemologists are able to provide accurate and accredited appraisals for valuation and insurance purposes. As an authorized retailer of so many high-end watch brands, you can put your trust in us when it comes to repairs.
Both our locations are now open. However, you can still shop with us via curbside pick-up, virtual appointment, and phone orders. This company is incredible! About 10 years ago I was handed down one of my families most precious heirlooms. It was my Grandfather's ring. It was broken and damaged. I'm in love....thank you Raffi Jewellers. Special thank you to Wolfgang the incredible goldsmith who took the diamonds from my nana's ring and created a halo around my solitaire....GORGEOUS! Raffi's has quickly become my favourite jewellers. After having a horrible experience at Dubai jewellers I was hesitant to trust anyone. We were so happy when we met Kevin at raffis. He had gone out of his way to create a spectacular custom ring for me. I was very impressed with his ability to envision my perfect design. To my surprise he managed to finish my custom ring in 2 weeks, he had also given me great quality diamonds (without me asking) while staying within my budget. Kevin was very reasonable and very professional. We will definitely be returning in the future to have a engagement

This place is amazing. I love jewelry (real jewelry, not synthetic and man made gems, but real, unique pieces that not everyone had) and don't trust many jewellers with my items. My family has been buying here for years. I will ONLY buy from here wether it's for a small piece like my rings or a largest item like my watch. Kevin and the rest if the staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. This is not a 'chain' store like others in the mall and is more akin to the type of speciality store you'd find in TO or on the NYC Diamond District. These are professionals! Definitely
