Every single time I call in I know I’m talking to professionals who care. I’ve talked to different employees among the branch when calling in and have never doubted that I was getting the best deal or service. If you have a question they answer it and follow up is easy. Shelley and Jenny are very pleasant to deal with and super friendly :) I was in need of renter/tenant insurance for a new apartment and they gave me a very good quote compared to other places I called. Other than it being insurance and an extra bill to add on for my monthly costs, Agent Jenny Bonner does a great job at making it feel like im not "paying a bill" and provides an amazing experience even for new clients such as myself when I first came to her.

Dealing with Shelley & Amanda was a wonderful experience - they got information to me in a timely manner, made it extremely easy to set up my new policy and got me the best rate out of 3 companies. I have been with Shelley and her team for about 20 years. I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with them for my auto and home insurance needs. My claims that I have put through have gone really smoothly and the customer service was exceptional. Shelley even went above and beyond and helped guide me through what steps I needed to take when I was hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian, though that had nothing to do with my policy.

I have had the pleasure of having Shelley Orvold as my Insurance Agent for the past 25 or so years, as she served my elderly parents for a long time and was suggested through a glowing recommendation. Please ignore the negative reviews - people seem to have various grievances for various small reasons, but I can say with all due respect that she is a very professional and extremely kind person.
She has respected my financial needs over the years and did not not push or force any services on me that I did not want or need. I have had 2 motor vehicle accidents in the past and she has worked hard
