Absolutely amazing. I was hopeless and left Van without picking up my laundry. I contacted Hi Lite and they held it until I returned. They were incredible, didn't even charge me extra. Clothes are obviously extremely clean and neatly folded. 11/10 experience. Great communication from Hi Lite aswell. Definitely bring your laundry here.

I had a very good experience with the drop off service. I had a cream coloured cotton rug that was too big for my home machine and it came back nice and bright. The gentleman stuck to his original quotation even though it turned out the rug had to be in the dryer for hours and hours (Very thick). I will go there again for large washable items such as mattress cover etc.

Spent approximately 70$ for a standard drop off wash and fold service (about 5 loads) and my laundry came back with ripped shirts, a broken Zipper on my new duvet cover and nothing had been folded just shoved into the hamper and bags, so everything was totally wrinkled. I've had good experiences here before but after this last time I felt ripped off and I won't be returning as a customer.

The only laundromat I could find in that area. Hardware is mediocre with many machines either out of service, run down, or reserved for the staff. Staff (one guy at the time) is curt and direct while directing me to use specific machines. Not overly friendly but I don't expect much from these kind of places.
The only positive is no tokens or coins are required so you can just pay after wash and dry. Decent enough to get the job done. We were able to throw our clothes in, walk around the neighbourhood, and come back.

New management - excellent service, prompt delivery and at a reasonable price too. Great opening hours 9am-9pm. Also, I had an old quilt to be repaired and they did a phenomenal job, it looks new again! Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend this place for your dry cleaning and sewing services!!!

This laundromat is fabulous: friendly and helpful. I loathe laundry day usually (only because it's such a chore carting all my clothes on my bike:)), but today decided to treat myself to their massage chair while my clothes were washed; at $5 for 15 minutes it would be a bargain at double the price. Yipes, I could get addicted to that chair; it's like being pummeled by a great masseuse with super strong hands. I'm going to take my brother there for just the massage experience.
This is a low key, neighborhood type place. Really nice.

What a wonderful couple run this efficient and inexpensive dry cleaning operation. On this most recent trip to Vancouver, Canada I needed a linen jacket taken in. When it was done it looked like new, for a very reasonable price.
And my blouses were drycleaned perfectly. With the Canadian dollar as it is, the value is incredible. (When I was there a local woman said the prices were very reasonable).
I took a photo with my phone of the manager, Danny. Nice friendly place!

Came here to wash and dry my clothes as they have a coin op laundry section. This is a Chinese operated business where the staff speak poor English. With that, here's the review:
Pros:
Zero.
Cons:
1. Poor English, difficult to communicate with staff.
2. As another reviewer mentioned, the place is messy with things all over the place.
3. Poor layout. The coin machines are in a row with a narrow walkway next to the staff "stuff" like sewing stations, etc.
4. Nothing really works. Did I mention nothing really works? Several of the machines are out of order. Obviously they're

A very bad experience, will never come back here again, didn't even get my clothes washed.
Walked in and there was a Vietnamese women doing laundry, waited for 5mins at counter she was doing her own thing. Said hi and asked if I could wash my clothes here she said its full. Saw some empty washers and if I can get coins, she replied later, I loaded my clothes and asked for coins again she claimed that I should have gone to get when she was at the counter.
Asked her a few time nicely she was rude and spoke in broken English and swore at me. Took my clothes out and left. Worst place ever, who

This is an awful laundromat. It's messy ALL of the time and there is never any room to fold your clothes because the staffs crap is all over the place. The machines are often out of order, finicky or just won't work right. They are over-priced compared to other laundromats and the little mouthy asian lady who works there plays stupid when ever you try to get change from her or you try to tell them about yet another broken machine that they'll never fix. I went here about a dozen times and their continued incompetence has driven me away for good.

I have had my shirts laundered by them for years, nothing like a pressed light starch shirt to start the day off right. They also do my dry cleaning and hem any new pants I get, the alterations are done with speed and by a gent who was a high end tailor before coming to Canada. This is a great family run operation including a little yorkie terrier. The parking is easy along this part of Broadway.
