If you need something done fast then go here. I have had a few events pop up where I need to get my clothes shortened and this was the only place I found that could do it in time. Another great thing is the prices are great, very reasonable. I have moved to Burnaby and I still can't find a place as good.

I have been a customer of this business for over 3 years but after today I will never go back. When I came in to drop off my drycleaning, the two ladies behind the counter were arguing about something. They stopped for a brief moment so I put my clothes on the counter and explained that one button needed to be stitched back on. The lady taped the button on to the pants. At this point, instead of allowing me to finish dropping off my clothes, the 2 ladies continued to argue again. One was holding a bill in the air, and they exchanged heated words back and forth. I went in to get my pants cut and a dress hemmed shorter and came a week in advance because I understood it was a busy season for them. Yet they didn't get my dress to me on the time they promised. Very upset with their service. I feel like they were inconsiderate and did not value my time. Not professional.

Brought my newly purchased bedskirts in to be steamed pressed since it's too hot to do it myself and they're just too big for ironing board. The person who took my order was clear that they couldn't guarantee they'd get all the wrinkles out but pretended to not understand English suddenly when I asked that they could get "most" of them out. When I picked them up and paid $21, I noted that they didn't really get that many wrinkles out. Same clerk harumphed and rang up my bill without an apology or explanation. Will NEVER go back. Customer service gets a huge thumbs down.

Unparalelled quality and service! I have taken them everything from simple dress shirts to recently taking them a raunchy jersey I bought off CL. For thirteen dollars they cleaned out the over a dozen stains and spots. The jersey is like new. I'm still looking at it to try and find something missed. I haven't found anything.

Just before closing time on Thursday I brought in four suits to be dry cleaned. I was offered a pickup time at noon on Monday. I requested that one suit be done for Saturday, with the rest to be picked up on Monday at noon. I was told that this would be no problem.
I was impressed when I showed up on Saturday and all four suits were ready to go. Saved me the extra trip on Monday. It's nice when a company delivers more than you expect.
To top it all off, I found their prices to be very reasonable in comparison to the local competition.

I had an unfortunate string of accidents recently involving soy sauce, curry, and work clothes. Despite smelling like an Asian food court, I didn't have time to hightail it to my favourite dry cleaner by Oakridge. It was not a good week.
Thankfully, Quality Dry Cleaners is located a block away from where I work. Open 9:00-6:00 every day, they were able to remove all evidence of my sauce mishaps for the rock-bottom prices of $6.50/skirt and $6.00/pants. I have had a few items cleaned here over the years and I find that their service is always prompt and friendly. I went to drop off a silk blouse this morning and it was ready for me to pick up by 4:30. When I went in to pick it up, I was told they were not able to completely get out the stains as they were quite deep, but the woman helping me offered to try to remove them again - at no extra charge. They are also very reasonably priced. I will continue to have my clothes dry cleaned here and highly recommend it to others.
