Services
Your will is only valid once you have passed away. It directs how your estate will be distributed and to whom. In addition to naming your beneficiaries, you will also appoint an executor to manage and distribute your estate according to your will. You should also appoint an alternate executor in case your original executor is unable to act.

I took documents to be notarized, and she didn't do her job correctly. I asked for help to expedite the process, and she acted as she didn't understand what I was talking about had to wait hours for a simple signature and stamp.
Very unprofessional and not willing to listen.

Don't go! Irresponsible business! Not only more expensive than other places, but also Do Not explain anything about how each document works, what need to be considered except keep asking for fees. And, she added a document without asking. She took it out when we questioned her. We paid over $1000 for a will and POA. Later we found out it's way too much in the industry. If you ask a question, she'll tell you it's up to you it's your decision. Absolutely a rip-off!

Phoned today asking the cost for the Notary to witness a document and was quoted $250.00. The person who answered the phone I don't believe she understood what I was asking and keep referring to the website with the prices. It took me 2 mins to find a lawyer that will witness my signing of the document for $35.00 dollars. What a rip-off this Notary is.

Went when they opened, told to wait for notary for one hour. Once the notary saw my paperwork, the secretary told me she couldn't sign it. No explanation or apology. I was told I had to go to a lawyer instead. My low star rating is because the secretary should have some knowledge on what can or can't be signed at the office. I did get an apology once I rated this office with 1 star, so I am changing it to 2. Perhaps better staff training should occur.

Overpriced and charged us more than quoted. Also, lots of errors were made during the process. Took a $500.00 deposit that they never should have and then would not proceed until we paid this deposit! Poor preparation skills and lack of communication. Horrible customer service! Arrogant and would not listen to me, just rambled on with excuses. Terrible experience and will never use them again!
