From our central location in the Orchard Park Mall to our evening and weekend appointment availability including Sundays, we do all we can to accommodate your busy lifestyle, while providing state-of-the-art family eye care.
My family & I (there are 6 of us) have been patients of Dr. Broschak for at least 10 years. The thing that has impressed us most has been the depth of explanation & detail that he has given us during our consultations. He takes the time to explain the working of the eyes, what causes changes and we have never felt rushed.
Our clinic has invested heavily in advanced technology to ensure that our doctors have every advantage when it comes to detecting conditions and diseases of the eye. Also, continual improvements are being made in technology to ensure that your new glasses or contacts will give you high definition vision, be comfortable and keep your eyes healthy.
Eye exams do more than just determine if you see well-they are also a crucial way to maintain your eye health and overall wellness. The Canadian Association of Optometrists and Orchard Park Optometry in Kelowna recommend you have your first eye exam at 12 months, followed by checkups each year up to age 19; every 2 years between ages 19 and 64; and annually again over the age of 65.
As Doctors of Optometry, the optometrists at Orchard Park Optometry are qualified to treat minor eye care emergencies, including infections, inflammation, eye scratches, pink or red eyes, and foreign objects in the eye. If you are experiencing any kind of eye care emergency, appointments are covered by MSP and we will see you as a walk-in ASAP because eye emergencies can't wait!

I had my first appointment at Orchard Park Optometry yesterday. I found my eye doctor! It was a great experience. Dr. Otte was knowledgeable, professional and kind. The office staff were very friendly and efficient. I also loved that I could have my appointment on a Sunday afternoon! So convenient! I will be bringing the rest of my family in to see Dr. Otte at Orchard Park Optometry.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! Forgot my contacts in Invermere when visiting family and had arrived in Kelowna for a bit of a trip and was super worried about the situation. The kind lady at the front was very understanding, and set me up with some trial lenses after my prescription got sent over. These were enough to get me through my trip and was such a kind gesture that really helped to fix a worrisome situation. Will definitely be picking up my next 90 pack from this office to thank them for helping me through this situation. THANK YOU!

I was introduced to Orchard Park Optometry last year, and met Dr. Jason Snider. He is an amazing young doctor who knows his stuff and made me very comfortable.
He is thorough and makes sure you understand everything he is doing. Explains any issues and I didn't feel rushed or that I was just another patient. I believe he really cares.
The girls behind the counter, and check what needs to be checked, are very courteous and respectful.

Dr Otte examined my Mom’s eyes today and she was so impressed with his professionalism as well as his knowledge with her condition. My mom had been seeing a specialist on the Island before moving here and she got more help and answers from Dr Otte. She is very grateful for his patience and compassion. Thanks very much for making her feel so much better with her eye problems and referring her to the top Glaucoma specialist in Kelowna. We will highly recommend him to all our friends and family.

Dr. Broschak is an excellent eye doctor! I really appreciate his professional expertise in caring for my eyes. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to share the results of the eye exam with me. He explains things in a way that I find very easy to understand. My parents are also now patients of his and they express the same appreciation for his work. The office staff are always kind and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Broschak for several years now. He is always prompt with his appointment times and is very thorough with eye exams. He is very pleasant and open to discussing any questions you may have with regard to eye health.
