I had my wedding ring and engagement ring resized, and the whole experience was so easy from start to finish! The owners are extremely friendly and professional to work with. My rings looked brand new afterwards and I was very happy with how they turned out! A great local business in Pickering that's worth supporting and would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly, provided me good information regarding the value of my gold bracelet to determine if it was worth repairing or not and the worth of another gold bracelet to see how much the bracelet had gained in value over the 15 years I had it. He also replaced gramma's watch battery so quickly it that it made her very happy.

Went in to get a simple appraisal on a gold chain i owned, ended up being told the chain at question (and my other one) were both fake. After running around and going to 6 other jewelers and cash for gold places, i was told by the other 6 places that my gold was real, 10k solid, and even offered to buy them off me. If your looking for appraisals, go to a place that cleans their stone for testing and doesn't leave the other residual metals on the stone. Im guessing they expecting me to buy one of their "real" gold chains by telling me mine was fake 😂. Right.

The band on my engagement ring had snapped outside of it's warranty period and I panicked because I hadn't a clue how much it would cost to fix so I turned to Google. I ended up at Ringleader and am so glad I did. I had my ring back within a week's time, the staff were friendly and the repair cost was very affordable. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Ringleader Jewellers! I brought in a broken vintage broach that had belonged to my husband’s grandmother not knowing what to do with the piece. Robyn is so creative - she suggested… creating a loop at either end and attaching a gold chain. I now have a beautiful heirloom necklace that I can pass down.

I think that Phil & Robyn are amazing!🎊 I called about a opinion on some items that were donated for a fundraiser🐾 and found out what it was worth.
