In a previous review, I gave Love Your Leather a low rating because they are inept, have no idea of what customer service is and have no quality control whatsoever. When the owner commented on my review and wanted to know more, Tony requested that I call him to clarify my valid concerns. I called him at his office on Monday and had one of his minions run interference for him as Tony never returned my call. So I tried again on Tuesday and finally got him on the phone. I had a tear on one of the elbows of my Mackage leather jacket. Over a long time of wearing, of course the tear got noticeably longer. I found Love You Leather through my search on how to repair my jacket.
I went in person to inquire and see what they could do. They were able to find a leather that matched my leather as close as possible. They don't do patch work, but they replaced the entire panel. The workmanship was done so well that it looks as good as new! The cost was a bit more than I thought but for the piece of leather and work put into it, it was worth it.

This place is AMAZING. I have brought a number of items for repair, but am just now leaving a long overdue review. I recently had a dark oil stain on a pair of light suede Gianvito Rossi shoes, I brought it into LYL and they cleaned it right on the spot! Came back brand new - I was so relieved. This isn't the first time they've done that either, but the worst stain they've fixed for us was an beige upholstered dining chair that we had spilled red wine all over (it was 90% covered). Came back after 2 weeks and it was completely fixed. This is my go to place for any leather issues

Wow!!!! I had an incredible experience here.
I left my passport in my coat pocket that went to this cleaner via another cleaner in the city. I had a flight the next morning. I found the owner on LinkedIn. I sent him a message on a Sunday evening. He responded within minutes. He then went with his family after being at a visitation 30 minutes away to look for the passport himself, on a night when his operation wasn't opening.

I had some discolouration around the collar area of my Moose Knuckle down bomber jacket. It's a grey jacket but the collar was getting shades of brown and orange. I initally emailed them with this issue and they were not sure if they could fix it or what the solution is, and asked if I can bring it in so they can assess it.

If I could only rate the staff, I'd give most of them a 4 or 5/5 because they are courteous, earnest, and polite customer-service oriented people from the owner, to the receptionists, to the driver, to the customer-service manager. I decided to have my new leather jacket altered at Love Your Leather after reading some of the great reviews on Yelp. Compared to another well known leather alteration place in town, they seem to be the ones who really made an effort to let their customers feel at ease throughout the process.

Where do I begin. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen.
The company offers a 100% money back guarantee but they don't follow through when a request is made. I have filed a complaint against them through the better business bureau.
I honestly feel bad because the staff (for the most part) were exceptional. They were very nice and helpful. The owner Tony is responding directly to me via email and could not be more rude.

Based on the address (and the name on my receipt), I believe this place is associated with Love Your Dress, which is where I sent my wedding gown to be cleaned after the BIG DAY.
Arranging the cleaning took no effort at all. I filled in a form online through their website, included a couple pictures of the damage to my gown (my wedding day was misty so my beautiful satin and lace gown was quite soiled with mud and grime along the bottom layers), and waited for a quote. I went here to get an old ratty leather jacket dyed black. The turnaround was 2 weeks and all in it was $73 which I find reasonable. The staff was friendly and courteous, but most importantly the jacket turned out pretty good. It has a rougher feel to it, but I think that will change as I wear it more. My jacket has a few marks on it that I had to wipe off with a cloth, so that wasn't the best - but they were very kind and delivered my jacket after hours to my home as I was unable to pick up for at least another week. Overall I'm satisfied with the job and happy I went here.

I took it to several tailors who listed leather alterations yet none of them could help. They said that the leather was too thick to work with.
Finally I looked on yelp. Previously I'd only used Yelp for food, but that is changing.
Saw the reviews for Love your leather and drove out. They did exactly what I asked for quickly and at a very reasonable price. The seamstress? leatherworker?... was fantastic and left me feeling confident that I would get good service.

My hairspray exploded in my suitcase, lucky for my clothes, they were saved from the explosion but not so lucky for my Red Chloe bag who absorbed all that hairspray. Unknowingly I tried to soak the bag in soap and water to get some of the hairspray out, little did I know that it started to grow mould while it was drying.
