Very rude. Brought 4 dresses to this woman. The hem on my sister's grade 8 grad dress was extremely crooked. We returned it to the store, and they adjusted it, apologizing for the trouble. When it came home, the hem was still crooked. My mother ended up fixing the hem herself. The major problem was with my prom dress. The alterations (hemline and shoulder straps) were fine, but when the dress came back home there was a large white stain on the back! We kept the dress in the garment back hanging in the closet. Brought it back (again - this is now the third time we have been in the store) and

I got a bridesmaid dress SERIOUSLY overhauled here because the bride ordered them in another province and mailed them out to us. It arrived about 2 sizes too big and needed far more than a simple hem job.
The woman was a bit stern, but she knew what she was doing and the dress turned out perfectly. It's a bit pricey, so I wouldn't go here to get pants hemmed, but for the complicated or important stuff, this is the place to go.
