Jonathan attended the University of Guelph where he received a B.Sc., before being accepted to the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario. Following a year-long hospital internship, he practised as a general dentist in Hamilton.
In 2004, Jonathan was accepted to the graduate orthodontic program at the University of Toronto, where he received an M.Sc. in Orthodontics and his Fellowship in the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Jonathan been practising as a certified orthodontic specialist in the Burlington area since 2006.

The cost of treatment varies and depends on both the complexity and duration of treatment. A quote will be provided at your initial consultation after a comprehensive examination and discussion of your treatment goals. We do not want finances to stand in the way of pursuing a beautiful smile, so we offer flexible payment options to help meet your needs.
During your initial complimentary consultation, we will acquaint you with our office and then discuss your orthodontic concerns. Dr. Britton will review your medical and dental history and perform a comprehensive orthodontic examination to determine how you may benefit from orthodontic treatment. This appointment is a great opportunity to learn about your orthodontic treatment needs.
The Canadian Association of Orthodontists recommends that kids should be seen for their first orthodontic checkup around the age of 7. By this age, the teeth have developed enough to determine if any problems are arising with the alignment of the permanent teeth. In some cases, patients may benefit from early treatment that starts before all the baby teeth have fallen out.
Today, teens and adolescents have more choices than ever in creating a beautiful smile. From traditional braces to "invisible" braces, the number of effective and cosmetically pleasing treatment options is growing all the time. Whether you require early treatment: Dr. Britton will follow you on a bi-annual or annual basis to assess the growth of your jaw and determine when you are ready to begin active treatment.

My 9 year old daughter has known she was going to need braces for quite some time and was VERY nervous about getting them. After our very first appointment she was put at ease and now is not even remotely concerned about it. In fact, she is eager to get started!! Dr Britton and the entire staff have been so welcoming to her and put her questions… and concerns first. It is really refreshing to work with people who understand that the child is the patient, not the parent, and their communication goes first and foremost to her. Never has one of her questions, or mine, gone unanswered or a concern

Having a child not wanting braces, Dr. Britton was amazing with him. He talked to my child. My child is the patient and it's refreshing to have Dr. Britton communicate to my child and explain things not at the parent. It was a refreshing perspective all to many times it's the doctor or dentist talking to me- about my child. Instead of at the patient. So I can't say enough about the staff, they all work so well together. I enjoy that his office is so easy to navigate with online appointment reminders. I recommend -Dr. Britton to anyone who asks!

Just starting with Doctor Britton. Instantly we knew we were in the right place. Wonderful atmosphere. The most pleasant staff ever.
