I've gone to Mark for low back problems and taken my new born son because he doesn't turn his head very good both ways. I've seen 4 chiropractors in my life and he is the best by far. He is very confident in what he does and it makes you feel more comfortable because of it. I highly recommended him. Also, when Sting was in town a few years ago I noticed him in the office, just finished getting worked on by Mark. I'd say that's a good reference.

I have been seeing Mark for various injuries on and off for longer than I would like to admit. I first saw him in the late 90's for a sore neck, and because of his care I was able to play out the end of the volleyball season and recover successfully. Since then he has straightened me out many times, usually in only 1 or two visits.

I have always valued Mark's information based approach. With his background as an Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer he always asks lots of questions and provides clear details about how to fix the problem. Usually recommending stretches or exercise

Dr. Mark Speakman is by far one of the best chiropractors in Vancouver. His bedside manner is excellent and he is highly knowledgeable in his area of expertise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark's for many years and have had nothing but the best, most comprehensive chiropractic care imaginable. There have been many occasions (like today), where he has made time during his busy schedule, to fit me in for a desperately needed appointment for a chronic neck/back condition.

It is very hard to find quality health care and I trust Dr. Mark. He is conscientious and he truly cares about

I really like Dr Speakman. He goes deep in his adjustments and he is very thorough. I love learning about the human body and he answers all of the questions I ask him about how it all works, and he clearly loves what he does.

I'm sorry that one reviewer above had a bad experience and I hope your husband is on the road to recovery:-(

I have referred a lot of people to Dr Speakman and they have all loved him! My body feels better after every visit and he is helping me get the curve in my lumbar back. So far so good.

I discovered Dr. Speakman almost 10 years ago when I was a UBC student suffering from upper back problems due to too much hunching at my computer and writing papers. He has taught me so much about proper posture and looking after my body. I continue to see him and a massage therapist for maintenance and immediately for any injury. Dr. Speakman most recently helped me with ART for a rotator cuff injury that was from my big but untrained dog.
Dr. Speakman spends TIME listening and diagnosing issues; he has compassion for his patients and loves his work.

Mark Speakman has helped me out with posture, uneven shoulders, and kinks in my neck several times. He does a few tests at the beginning and end of each treatment to check my range of motion (how high I can lift my knees for example), and I always see a surprising difference by the end.

He has cracked my neck a few times, and I have always felt safe and comfortable. If I am curious about the science behind the treatments, he enjoys taking the time to explain it to me. I can really sense the passion he has for his work.

Dr. Speakman is a very charismatic man, who not only fixes my back, but

Dr. Speakman was recommended to my husband and I by a mutual friend. We were both reluctant to try a chiropractor, but my husband's health issues were enough that we felt we had nothing to lose.

My husband came to Dr. Speakman for his back issues, which Dr. Speakman seemed to resolve with twice a week and then once a week treatment. My husband was feeling quite fine at last but had another weekly appointment scheduled. He went... and it was terrible.

Right at the time of treatment my husband felt awful, and walked out in considerable pain. He felt funny in the head, and sick. Hoping
