Keen on Green was fantastic. Professional, prompt, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. We had a big job, lots of junk - some recycling, some garbage, even some furniture - after moving out of a house, and they handled it fantastically, even after having to deal with inclement weather. The crew had a fantastic attitude and they did a great job, even finished earlier than we guessed. I know we'll hire them again.

They got back to my inquiry email in just a few minutes! They were able to come the very next day to pick up our mattress, and removed it quickly. The whole process was incredibly easy & affordable!
The three team members were very professional and the team lead was exceptionally personable and friendly.
While chatting with them they told us that Keen does all sorts of pickups of different products from homes & job sites. We’ll definitely use this company again!

Needed to get an old loveseat removed from my apartment so messaged them on their website. They responded very quickly and I was set up with a date and time frame they’d pick it up. They called 30 mins before they arrived and they did arrive in the time frame they estimated. Guys were very nice and professional and it was done quickly. If I ever need large items removed again, I’d definitely use this company. I think the price was fair too considering they had to have 2 guys remove it etc.

I would have given 5 stars if not for some tardiness issues. They arrived over an hour past the scheduled time and when I called to inquire, they said someone was meant to have called the day before to advise of this delay (which did not happen).
Leading up, they were very responsive, which was appreciated. When they arrived, they were great, friendly, efficient and good value!

I just had Keen on Green pick up our old dishwasher and a garage full of recycling and garbage. They were prompt and organized. Both men were lovely and so helpful and friendly. It was a great experience! I had a mattress and couch to be removed and it was very easy to have an appointment booked at a time that worked for me. The guys were super professional and very quick, and even took some extra stuff I had, for no charge! Highly recommend!

We had a super smooth experience with Keen on Green and their staff at every level. The movers who came were friendly and efficient and took a lot of stress off of having to do a big job. We had a lot more stuff than anticipated, and they easily accommodated us. Highly recommended.

The pick up crew came on time, were friendly and also professional. They took the old fridge away and assured me that the parts would be recycled. I initially booked Keen on Green to take away an old TV set and assorted small electronics. But at the same time, I was looking to donate a bedroom suite that I am replacing. There are charities that would be happy to have the furniture but they could not come to my condo to move it out. I was thrilled to find that Keen on Green would take my furniture as well, and find it a good home. The two young men who arrived this morning were courteous and professional. The job took longer than it should have because of elevator problems in my building but they were cheerful and efficient. I will use Keen

Total disaster. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. We wanted to like them: good reviews, environmentally responsible, and came recommended from a respected real estate agent. It started well: they were responsive during the booking process and said they could accommodate our two-hour pickup window (we had a limited time for the elevator - common for strata buildings). It all went south on the day of our move. As the agreed-upon pickup window approached, we had not heard anything from them. I just had an awesome and easy experience with Keen on Green. First off-- I decided to select Keen on Green for their emphasis on recycling, as many of my items are in good conditions. The communication was clear and on time! They call you beforehand and arrive promptly. I was helped by Gabriel and Johnathan -- thank you guys! I can't say enough good things about this company. They called me back within an hour of my inquiry email, they were able to set up a pick up time quickly, they called when they were 15 minutes away from arriving, and they were on time. The guys couldn't have been nicer, and they were fast, even with having to take our front door off to get the couches out. The price was as they quoted. The service orientation was so refreshing, I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used this co several times and am always pleased with the service and price. Wilson, the proprietor is competent, friendly and always willing to fit you into their schedule at the best rate. They try to donate or recycle your items before they go to landfill as a last resort. Not many other junk removal cos will do that.

I recently hired Keen on Green recycling to haul out the mounds of garbage I had collecting in my garage. I decided to choose this company because they had a straightforward website with an easy price breakdown, and I liked the fact that a lot of my garbage would be properly disposed of through recycling.

Wilson and his team helped my brother and I clean out our Mom's house getting it ready for sale. It was a huge job and they did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. More actually, at the end of a long day of clearing out thousands of pounds of junk, Wilson was still careful enough to identify and save a suitcase containing the personal effects of my WWII Spitfire pilot uncle; photos and flight logs my brother and I had never seen.
